Nike releases the "Shared SNKRS Stash" making sneaker shopping a collaborative experience

Nike SNKRS App has come up with a brand new way to keep us all on our toes. How you say? SHARED SNKRS STASH.

If you arent from this planet and not familiar with how the SNKRS Stash work, here’s a run down. SNKRS releases are randomly dropped to the public in a specific city(mainly chicago!). Using your phones location, the app allows access to purchase the shoes if it deems you are close enough to said stash.

NOW! With the all new Shared stash, you will be able to connect with sneakerheads all over the world. The new process starts off like the one we all know and love but here’s the twist. It's a next in line process.

Each city much exhaust all of its stock before the next city has a shot.

So once Chicago has gone to the stash location and receives access, 100% of the kicks have to be sold before its Houston's or Boston's turn. Kinda dope, huh?

The first Shared Stash release is the Nike Zoom Pegasus Turbo 2 and Cortez ’72 “Blue Ribbon Sports” edition. A cool new inventory meter equipped with live tracking of stock level should make things fun too.

What are your thoughts on this?

Is Nike doing too much?

Is this innovative?
