First Look: Air Jordan 13 Chinese New Year
The Air Jordan 13 is seemingly coming back hard with brand new colorways. This time it is to commemorate Chinese New Year, The Year of the Rat.
We're talking white, camel and pink? Wait, did i get that right? Do these colors compliment each other? They sure do! This shoe is ridiculously clean.
It comes to us with an all white leather upper but there's a catch. The side panels have patterns embossed into them. The patterns are said to mimic the host country’s currency. Dope huh? Right underneath that is a light brown suede mudguard. The color is somewhere between the sepia stone 13 low and wheat 13. The pods and the outsole really take this shoe to the next level with a very bright hot pink. The tongue has a half black/ half white circle around a jumpman logo reminiscent of a yin yang symbol.
The latest installation to the CNY family is rumored to be dropping on February 1st, 2020.
