Sneakerhead Spotlight: Priscilla AKA @TrnceN_thusiast

Question 1: What is in your current sneaker rotation?

Priscilla: Being that I am on my feet all day, I aim for comfort in sneakers. Currently in my sneaker rotation, I have the Comme de Garçons “Play” Chuck Taylors, any Adidas ultra boost along with the usual suspects, Yeezys. 

Question 2: What’s the last pair your UNDS’d?

Priscilla: My last UNDS’d pair has got to be the Yeezy Slide in the Ochre color way.

Question 3: What is your fave sneaker you currently own?

Priscilla: That is a tough one, being that I feel I have quite a few Yeezy silhouettes that I really like and wear to the ground (700V1 & 500)! I would have to say my favorite sneaker that I own would have to be the OG Wave Runners, it’s comfortable and versatile to create different fits!

Question 4: What is your must-have grail?

Priscilla: My must have grail, in my opinion, has to the OG Wave Runner. Definitely felt blessed when I copped a W last year on Yeezy Day on the Adidas Confirmed App. 

Question 5: What got you started in the sneaker game?

Priscilla: I have to say since I can remember I’ve been a sneaker enthusiast. It all started with my first and only pair of LA Gears back in 1993! Back then my parents did not have money to buy my brother and I multiple pairs so we would get a pair once a year. We had to make sure to keep them clean and in shape! At that time this was one of the hottest sneakers with their bulky, bold chunky design and color ways. I remember my hi tops had that leather ruffle on the side panels that had contrasting colors. That was a wicked touch, plus those double set of bright colored laces, (neon green and hot pink)I felt like a G in the playground! 

Question 6: What's something that most people don't know about you?

Priscilla: Something people might not know about me is, I absolutely love electronic dance music, Trance music to be precise. Live shows definitely invigorate the mind, body and soul!

Question 7 (optional): What do you do for a living?

Priscilla: I am a teacher, Special Education! I love to inspire our young minds.
