Question 1: What’s in your current sneaker rotation?
Branden: University Blue 4’s, Pollen Jordan 1’s, Fragment Jordan 3’s, Electro Orange Jordan 1’s, Chigago 85’s, Pine Green Jordan 1’s… and daily, for morning errands, gotta have Pure Yeezy Slides in there.
Question 2: What's the last pair you UNDS'd?
Branden: The last pair that I UNDS is my free lunch dunks.. The story behind them is so damn dope. I Love the materials that were used, for whatever reason I swear Nike uses better materials on the collabs. S/O to my boy Ming for the oop!
Question 3: What is your fave sneaker you currently own?
Branden: My favorite sneakers that I own? Honestly all of them. It is a blessing to be able to buy a single pair let alone have an entire collection.
Question 4: What is your must-have grail?
Branden: The year the first Travis Scott 1’s came out I was no where near financially what I am now. That is a pair I need for the feet one of these days.
Question 5: What got you started in the sneaker game?
Branden: My Cousin Travis and my Cousin Antwan, were my first sneaker influencers I knew. I can remember being a little kid trying on all their new Jordans getting yelled at, but fell in love with sneakers at an early age.
Honorable mention, my boy Jordan H. This dude was on a streak back in 2016 & 2017 that made me sick. That was my latest inspiration to get back into collecting.
Question 6: What's something that most people don't know about you?
Branden: Never been one to shy away from the truth, so If there is something anyone wants to know about me all you gotta do is ask!
Question 7 (optional): What do you do for a living?
Branden: So by day, I am a Senior Account Manager doing sales for a trade show display manufacturer.
7 Days a week 365…I am the CEO of Chess N Checks. A clothing brand I created during the height of Covid back in 2020. The evolution of the brand has been such a MF journey. I gotta give Sneaker Twitter their well deserved flowers. Without the support of so many amazing souls, I don’t know where we would be.
