Sneakerhead Spotlight: Jon aka @SneakerHeadDad (Copy)

Question 1: What’s in your current sneaker rotation?

Jon: I make it a point to wear a different pair daily, but I’d say AM90s…the recycled joints, Air Zoom Freak 2, Reebok Answer VIs, & Cool Grey 3s. Air Griffey Max 1 Freshwaters have been lately too. 

Question 2: What's the last pair you UNDS'd?

Jon: This gifted pair of 2018 Vans MLB Edition Yankees. First time I’d ever worn a pair. I had them for a couple years & decided it was time.

Question 3: What is your fave sneaker you currently own?

Jon: I recently won a pair of Question Lows (The all whites) signed by the GOAT himself.  Those are them for sure, but as far as regular wear shoes I’d say the British Khaki TS6s are one of my favs as well. Shout-out the Super Shoe Mane🤘🏾

Question 4: What is your must-have grail?

Jon: I’ve owned a lot of shoes throughout my life so I don’t know about a must have,  but I really want to grab a pair of the Zoom Kobe 6 Protro “Grinches”.  

Question 5: What got you started in the sneaker game?

Jon: I’m from the era of Eastbay print ads & mailing checks to get shoes. It was always sports though.  I want to say travel ball in middle school when the OG pippens came out and you could color the white leather your team colors. I was hooked immediately. Had to have fresh J’s on at every chance. 

Question 6: What's something that most people don't know about you?

Jon:  I was born on Christmas so my momma says: I’m a gift of god lol. I also spent some time working for Uncle Sam and The USMC. 

Question 7 (optional): What do you do for a living?

Jon: I run a warehouse in SoCal dealing with Air Filtration Equipment
