Sneaker Admirals Present: Jesse Gomez

Question 1: What's in your current sneaker rotation?

Jesse: Well, my current rotation is the bred 4s & any yeezy 350 really. Have to admit yeezy makes a comfortable shoe.

Question 2: What's the last pair you UNDS'd?

Jesse: Hmmmm. Last pair to unds were my Nike Levi’s By You. I was really happy with the colors I went with. It’s pretty awesome to wear a shoe that I customized. I’m so pleased with those. Extremely happy.

Question 3: What is your fave sneaker you currently own?

Jesse: My favorite sneaker.... that’s a tough one, but if I had to pick. I’d say my GID yeezy 350. Because my kids love em!!

Question 4: What is your must-have grail?

Jesse: Must have grail would have to be the Union black toe AJ1. I wouldn’t mind getting the Storm Blue as well. But that black toe just looks beautiful.

Question 5: What got you started in the sneaker game?

Jesse: Well I’m actually late to the sneaker game. As a kid I liked shoes, but really couldn’t afford them. Grew up humble so other necessities needed to be met before any new shoes were a thought. But this past year when the Concords dropped I got excited I hit on a raffle, then it snowballed from there. I wanted to try to get the shoes that as a kid I wanted but couldn’t afford. I literally started my shoe game late this past year.

Question 6: What's something that most people don't know about you?

Jesse: I’m pretty much an open book. I keep some stuff private, but for the most part what I post is my life. But I guess something folks don’t know Is that I’m a NASCAR fan. I really don’t watch much football, basketball or baseball. But I gots to watch my race every Sunday. Oh and I also play guitar!

Question 7 (optional): What do you do for a living?

Jesse: I’m in the oil field. Ive been in this industry for over 23 years. I’m currently with a company that I’ve been with for 15 years. I love what I do. I truly love going to work. I worked my way to this position I’m in and know the value of it. I thank the Man upstairs for the life I live. I’m extremely blessed. My title is Production Specialist.
