Question 4: What is your must-have grail?
Snkr Twitr: My must-have “Grail” would have to be an Original Jordan 1 ‘Black/Red’ signed by the G.O.A.T. himself.
Question 5: What got you started in the sneaker game?
Snkr Twitr: Watching MJ play as a kid and seeing how much air he would get, thinking it was all about the shoes, was all I needed to be convinced I wanted the same shoes he had so I can also get that much air. Later found out it nothing to do with the shoes haha.
Question 6: What's something that most people don't know about you?
Snkr Twitr: That’s a good one…One thing people don’t know most about me is that at one point in time, I used to live in car with my older sister and mother when we had no place to live. My older sister and I used to jump into garbage cans to find cans and bottles to recycle in order for us to have enough money to buy something to eat everyday during our childhood.
Also what most may not know is I actually used to post links in Niketalk threads since 2013 before I started posting on a much bigger platform.
Question 7: What do you do for a living?
Snkr Twitr: Part-Time Marketing
Question 8: Where can people follow you on social media? YT, Snapchat, IG etc?
Snkr Twitr: People can find me on IG snkr_twitr_IG (still thinking of a better name) but mainly on Twitter @Snkr_twitr.
Bonus: Why did you decide to start the Snkr Twitr account?
Snkr Twitr : I started my Sneaker page because I wanted to help connect others to the latest drops and info who were just starting off - like myself at one point - and connect with those who also have the same passion for Sneakers as I have.
The funny thing is, Twitter suggested the name when I was trying to go for a different name, but it was already taken, so I just went along with it. I had no idea it would gain so much momentum in a very short amount of time.
