Question 1: What’s in your current sneaker rotation? 

Shaquira: This last week was about wearing some of my older shoes in my collection.. Metallic Red 1s, Baron 9s, Zebra Yeezys , Doc Marten boots and old school Roshes.

Question 2: What's the last pair you UNDS'd?

Shaquira: I UNDS'd my University Gold 9s last week for Black History Month shoe challenge I'm participating in. 

Question 3: What is your fave sneaker you currently own?

Shaquira: My favorite sneaker is my Maya Moore "Court Lux" 10. Its a beautiful sneaker that I was fortunate enough to get twice! I didn't immediately like the colors on it but once I got them in hand, I was in love! 

Question 4: What is your must-have grail?

Shaquira:  This may be the hardest question - because the answer changes based on the day and time. So at this moment, there's two that popped into my head - Nigel Sylvester 1s and Lebron's first shoe, the Air Zoom Generation "Debut". I'm going with the LeBron's. 

Question 5: What got you started in the sneaker game?

Shaquira: Sports. I grew up watching sports with my dad and eventually started watching old classic games on TV including the NBA All Star weekend. I noticed shoes were showcased heavy during the skills challenge and dunk contests and I fell in love with the personality that came with them. Even though they were guys, I wanted to wear the shoe just like them. 

Question 6: What's something that most people don't know about you?

Shaquira: I used to buy sneakers on Ebay in High school, "restore" them, and then resell them on Ebay. I was making so much money in 10th grade that I was able to buy my first phone by myself. Eventually, I started buying shoes, restoring them and keeping them for my personal collection.

Shaquira: I’m a news reporter for Queen City News in Charlotte, North Carolina.
