Question 1: What’s in your current sneaker rotation?

Dani: My current rotation consists of Nike Cortez “Particle Beige”, Nike dunk low “Panda”, Nike Air max 97 “Halloween Slime”, AJ1 high “Silver toe”, Undefeated x Nike Kobe 5 Protro “Hall of Fame”, A Ma Maniére x Nike Jordan 3’s and AJ12 Retro “Taxi”. 

Question 2: What's the last pair you UNDS'd?
Dani: The last pair I UNDS’d were the AM97“Halloween Slimes.”

Question 3: What is your fave sneaker you currently own?

Dani: AJ Carmine 6’s. I love 6’s in general but the Carmines are by far my favorite pair. The year they released was the year I was born and ironically the Carmine coloring is as close to my birthstone as a shoe (that I like) has ever gotten. 

Question 4: What is your must-have grail?

Dani: AJ3 “Seoul” or Girls Don’t Cry x SB dunk low “Coming Back Home”. If I ever get my hands on both of these, I’ll retire from the shoe game. 

Question 5: What got you started in the sneaker game?

Dani: My older brother, he loved MJ, Rodman and Pippen and was a huge Bulls fan. So naturally, wanting to be as cool as him, I got into basketball and accidentally fell in love. He bought me my first pair of Jordans and the rest, as they say, was history. Some of my fondest memories are still of watching games with him. 

Question 6: What's something that most people don't know about you?

Dani: I love cars, I have a particular soft spot for American Muscle. I basically grew up at Lowrider Car Shows, my dad has a shop and builds/restores classic cars in addition to building and installing hydraulic set ups. So, while most girls were playing with Barbie’s I was trying to figure out how I could convince my dad to let me hit the switches. 

Question 7 (optional): What do you do for a living?

Dani: Currently, I’m the lead Medical Scribe of Hematology Oncology as well as a part of the University Pathology Research program at a local cancer institute.
