Question 1: What’s in your current sneaker rotation?

Matty: My rotation is forever changing.  But mainly Jordan 1s and Air Max.  Sprinkle in some Yeezys as well.  I am going to have to grab and add more 700s to the rotation without a doubt.  My 3 most worn shoes would be: Jordan 1 Bio Hack, Jordan 1 Volt Gold & Air Max 90 Viotech.

Question 2: What's the last pair you UNDS'd?

Matty: Air Max Bacons. 

Question 3: What is your fave sneaker you currently own?

Matty: Right now I’d have to go with the Yeezy 700 bright blue.  I get more compliments wearing them than any other shoe.  They just pop.  And the comfort speaks for itself.  Always thought that looked a little bulky and goofy, but after getting these out of luck and trying them on it was a love ever since!

Question 4: What is your must-have grail?

Matty: Jordan 1 Union Blue Toe.  On a more affordable level though I’d have to go with the black Raygun SBs.

Question 5: What got you started in the sneaker game?

Matty: Not sure, when i started being able to afford sneakers probably.  I always had a pair of air max.  Then randomly I grabbed some Team Jordan’s thinking i was cool. (I know i know). But my boy like 5 years ago sold me some Jordan’s and it’s been an expensive hobby ever since.  Shout out to Rufus for that one!

Question 6: What's something that most people don't know about you?

Matty: I love to golf.  It’s my favorite hobby.  It’s also expensive.  Almost as bad as collecting shoes. Having expensive hobbies has always been a favorite past time of mine lol. Also I’ve only been collecting shoes for a couple years.   I know the history and the game.  Was just never serious.  Grabbed a pair here and there.   So far in 2021 I’ve doubled my collection easily. Let’s just say the days i don’t get a delivery the UPS man is asking if everything is okay. 

Question 7 (optional): What do you do for a living?

Matty: I work full time as an electrician and part time at a shoe consignment store. I enjoy the store. I always get first dibs on heat that comes in.  In you’re ever in Delaware stop by Gallery 302.
